1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MagicTrade Coin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
MTC is a digital-asset token offered via ICO priced in USDT (TRC-20). It is speculative and may lose all value. The Service does not guarantee any return.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Referrals
Referral commissions (10% / 5% / 3% / 2% / 1%) are paid in MTC.
5. ICO & Locked Coins
During the ICO, purchased coins are locked: they may be staked or upgraded but not withdrawn until the ICO ends.
6. Staking
Staking APY figures are disclosed target estimates and are NOT guaranteed.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to minimums and fees. A 1 MTC = 1 USDT peg is only honoured to the extent reserves exist.
8. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Nothing on the Service is financial advice.
